All of our three offices have state of the art equipment so that we are able to provide comprehensive evaluations including the following:

  • Examination of the external ear
  • Otoscopic examination of the ear canal and ear drum
  • Middle ear assessment
  • Pure Tone testing in sound proof suites
  • Speech Audiometry
  • Otoacoustic Emissions
  • Specialty Testing as needed includes video otoscopy, VNG, ABR
Middle Ear Assessment
Evaluates the status of the middle ear to help with the diagnosis of middle ear disease including infection, perforation, and eustachian tube dysfunction.

Pure Tone Testing
Determines the degree of hearing loss and type of hearing loss.

Speech Audiometry
Assesses the patient’s ability to understand and comprehend speech.

Otoacoustic Emissions
Records a cochlear echo in response to an acoustic signal which provides information on the integrity of hair cells in the sense organ of hearing.

Video Otoscopy
Still frame images of the ear canal and ear drum.

ABR – Auditory Brainstem Response
The ABR is a neurophysiological assessment of the auditory neural pathways that is preformed when an asymmetrical hearing loss is identified to rule out lesions on the hearing nerve or in the brainstem.

VNG - Videonystagmography

The VNG is a battery of tests performed to assess patients suffering from dizziness and/or balance disorders.
